• Any written updates received from NHS Borders regarding the temporary closure of the Knoll Community Hospital in Duns.
• Any correspondence between Ministers and NHS Borders regarding the temporary closure of the Knoll Community Hospital in Duns.
• If the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care has received any assurances about the reopening of the Knoll Community Hospital, if so, please provide copies of these assurances.
• Any correspondence between the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care and health officials, about brokerage offered to NHS Borders, and the repayment of brokerage since 2019.
• If the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care or health officials have ever raised any concerns regarding the repayment of brokerage at NHS Borders.
