Annual Health Checks for Adults with Learning Disabilities National Implementation Group Meeting information: FOI release
Information request and response under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
Information requested
1. A copy of the letter the Minister for Social Care, Mental Wellbeing and Sport wrote to the Chief Executive of each health board that was referred to in the National Implementation Group Meeting minutes from December 5th 2024.
2. A copy of all comments that was received by the Scottish Government official from group members that were to be sent by the week commencing 9 December.(Again, referring to the minutes above)
3. A copy of the minutes of next meeting of the implementation group that took place on Thursday 16 January 2025, 1pm – 2.30pm.
Response
1. A letter from Minister for Social Care, Mental Wellbeing and Sport was issued to NHS Health Boards on 29 January 2025 and a copy has been included in this response for your information.
2. There were no comments received from members of the implementation group in relation to the Minister's letter.
3. As of January 2025, the minutes for all implementation group meetings have been published and are publicly available on the Scottish Government website, which you can access in the following link Adult learning disabilities - annual health checks: national implementation group - gov.scot.
