Could I please request you send me a blank template of your employment contract as well as your pay scales.
Response
As our contracts of employment vary depending on the role, we do not have a singular blank template, therefore please see attached the document titled “Principal Terms and Conditions of Employment”.
With regards to your request for a copy of our pay scales, please note our pay scales are already available on the Scottish Government website, on that basis this is a formal notice under section 25(1) of FOISA that the information you have requested is otherwise accessible.
