Information requested
1. The number and pay grades (keep personal information private) of staff employed by the department with "wellbeing" in their job title.
2. The full job titles of staff employed by the department with "wellbeing" in their job title.
Response
The attached document provides all the information you have requested. We are providing this information as at September 2024 in line with most recent official publication of the Scottish Government's workforce statistics. To note job titles in the HR Management information system are free text and entered self-service by staff. This means they vary in language and format, and that there may not be 100% completion for all staff or a time lag in updates being made.
