All items of information held in relation to the food and drink provided for the First Minister's lunch at Bute House on 13 January 2025 with his advisers on the Scottish Ministerial Code and others, including, but not be limited to, food and drink menus and a breakdown of catering costs, including all information in bills and invoices, and any associated correspondence.
Response
I enclose a copy of most of the information you requested.
An exemption under section 38(1) of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested as it relates to the personal data of a third party. This exemption is not subject to the 'public interest test', so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption.
