The meeting dates, meeting agendas and minutes from every meeting between the Scottish Government and the Fair Work Advisory Group (otherwise referred to as the Fair Work Oversight Group) from the last two years (since 1 January 2023 to the present date).

In answer to your question on meeting dates of the Fair Work Oversight Group, meetings were held on the following dates:
- 3 August 2023
- 30 November 2023
- 21 August 2024
- 10 December 2024
Agendas for each of the above meetings are attached.

Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you.
