How much money has been spent on a photographer/photography for the First Minister in each of the last three years, with a breakdown per year and per payments.

Response

All photography for the First Minister in the past three years has been carried out by staff in the Scottish Government’s Communications and Ministerial Support Directorate.

The Scottish Government does not record a breakdown of time spent or costs incurred on specific activities such as photography for the First Minister as there is no business requirement for that information. I therefore provide you with formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested.
