All written communication to/from Digital Health and Care, Population Health Directorate and NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde and/or NHS Lothian since 01 September 2024 which mentions NHS CHI numbers.

I enclose a copy of most of the information you requested.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because exemptions under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA (the personal information) applies to some of the information requested. This exemption applies because disclosure would contravene data protection principles.
