Constitutional Futures Division statistics: FOI release
Information request and response under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
Information requested
For each calendar month of 2024, up to and including November, please provide the number of civil servants working for the Constitutional Futures Division as of the last working day of the month.
For each month, please also provide a list of the outputs (defined however the Scottish Government measures such things) delivered by the Constitutional Futures Division during that month.
Response
For your first question, the information you have requested is enclosed in Annex A of this letter. For your second question, the Scottish Government does not record information in the way in which you describe however, in order to be helpful, outwith FOISA, some information about the work conducted by Constitutional Futures Division over this calendar year is enclosed in Annex B of this letter. This is a formal notice under S.17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested.
