I refer to the Cabinet Secretary Fiona Hyslop's recent observation/statement on the BBC’s Sunday Show where she said (referring to lessons learned from the ferries procurement saga): "They have all been documented quite clearly, in terms of evidence, in the various enquiries we’ve had."
