You asked for a breakdown of the following over the last two years:
1. Any documents/ minutes/ notes of discussion, correspondence which relate to Rape Crisis Scotland and people who self-excluded over concerns they or their not be seen by a female councillor?
2. Any documents/ minutes/ notes of discussion which relate to Rape Crisis Scotland have received - via email, phone, letter or in person - from people concerned that they or their family would not be seen by a female councillor?
3. Any documents/ minutes/ notes of discussion which relate to Rape Crisis Scotland relating to discussions with Rape Crisis Scotland over the future of their funding?

The answer to your questions are below.
1. The Scottish Government does not have the information you have asked for because no documents/ minutes/ notes of discussion or correspondence which relate to Rape Crisis Scotland and people who self-excluded over concerns they or their not be seen by a female
councillor, have been located in a search of our records for the requested timeframe. This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested.
2. The Scottish Government does not have the information you have asked for because no documents/ minutes/ notes of discussion which relate to Rape Crisis Scotland, received via email, phone, letter or in person from people concerned that they or their family would not be seen by a female councillor, have been located in a search of our records for the requested timeframe. This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested.
3. You requested any documents/ minutes/ notes of discussion which relate to Rape Crisis Scotland relating to discussions with Rape Crisis Scotland over the future of their funding?- I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested. While our aim is to provide
information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exemption under section 38(1)(b) (personal information)] of FOISA applies to that information.
