Response
I have kept the numbering in your incoming request for ease of reference.
1. 2 and 4. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance Transport Scotland does not have the information you have requested. Therefore we are refusing your request under the exception at regulation 10(4)(a) of the EIRs. This is because no records are held for the application leading to Barcaldine Sawmill. However, you may wish to contact Argyll and Bute Council at foi@argyll-bute.gov.uk who may be able to help you.
3. Transport Scotland was consulted on application 16/00139/PNFOR (NW/25/2016) by the Forestry Commission for the formation of an access track on Land west of Barcaldine Sawmill. Please see Annex A to this response, a copy of relevant documents for this application. We have no records of any applications to alter the Sawmill access road to Bars Lodge.
5. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance Transport Scotland does not have the information you have requested. Therefore we are refusing your request under the exception at regulation 10(4)(a) of the EIRs. This is because The Bars Lodge access road is not a trunk road; therefore, we do not hold any information on this. However, you may wish to contact Argyll and Bute Council at foi@argyll-bute.gov.uk who may be able to help you.
6. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance Transport Scotland does not have the information you have requested. Therefore we are refusing your request under the exception at regulation 10(4)(a) of the EIRs. This is because no records are held for the informal Forestry track access to the A828 connecting the Barcaldine Sawmill.
