Have you voice enable your Teams Licences? Yes, we have 500 Teams Phone licenses.

Telephony:

What is your current telephony system? Mitel and Microsoft. Marine Scotland also have a telephony system from 3CX although it is not currently in place.

How many users of the telephony system? Mitel - 9700 licenses and Microsoft - 500 licenses. Marine Scotland have 12 licenses.

When is the contract up for renewal? Mitel - 31 March 2025 and Microsoft - 31 March 2025. Marine Scotland's contract for 3CX is up in June 2027.

WAN:

What form of WAN does the group use? 3rd party managed

Who is your WAN provider? The main Internet and MPLS provider is the Scottish Wide Area Network (SWAN) www.scottishwan.com currently operated by Capita under the National Services Scotland (NSS) Authority.

When is the contract up for renewal? The new WAN provider is SWAN 2 operated by BT from September 2023 for 3 years initially.
