I would be glad if you would supply me with bus companies that "operate wholly within Scotland and Northern England (Carlisle and Berwick on Tweed)".
Response
We do hold information on the bus operators who actively participate in the National Concessionary Travel Schemes (NCTS). I have attached a list of these operators. Please note that there are operators such as coach and tour companies who do not participate in our NCTS and we do not hold a list of these operators.
Please also note that some services, that participate in the NCTS, cross over the border into England and that Transport Scotland only reimburse operators for journeys as far as Carlisle and Berwick upon Tweed, passengers travelling beyond these points are expected to pay the remainder of their fare.
