The charity is Disability Equality Scotland.

Scottish Government funding is provided at department level. Since 2021 Equality, Inclusion & Human Rights is the only Scottish Government department to fund Disability Equality Scotland.

Funding is provided for 1 year at a time and extension of this funding beyond 1 year is not guaranteed. The amount of funding provided each year will differ depending on what activity the Scottish Government has asked Disability Equality Scotland to undertake.

The total amount of funding provided to Disability Equality Scotland by Scottish Government since 2021 is £789,999. This includes £499,999 of funding provided through the Equality and Human Rights Fund. This particular funding is managed through Inspiring Scotland.
