Information requested

  1. All internal communications, including emails and informal electronic communications, which relate to the gathering of information in relation to this denial, the formulation of the denial and the signing off of the denial ("It is not correct to suggest that the National Clinical Director deleted every WhatsApp message every day.")
  2. All communications by the National Clinical Director in relation to the issuance of the above press statement.


I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested in the format you asked for. While our aim is to provide information wherever possible, in this instance we were unable to provide some of the information you requested because of exemptions under Section 30 of FOISA (prejudice to effective conduct of public affairs); Section 38 (1) (b) (personal information); Section 36 (1) legal advice; and Section 30 (c) substantial prejudice to the effective conduct of public affairs in relation to the source of legal advice.
