Since March 2020, how much money the Scottish Government has provided to its employees to pay for energy or heating bills while they work from home.

Could this be broken down by i) year and ii) government department.

The answer to your question is the Scottish Government has not made any payment to its employees for energy or heating bills while they work from home.
