Information requested

A breakdown of all communications and correspondence between all Constitution Secretaries and the Government of Catalonia since October 2014, and all minutes and notes taken of any telephone or email communications between all Constitution Secretaries and the Government of Catalonia since October 2014.

Response

A letter was sent from then-Cabinet Secretary for Culture, Europe and External Affairs, Fiona Hyslop, to the Catalan Secretary for Foreign and European Union Affairs on 13 October 2015.
