Can I get the gender breakdown for Education Scotland employees and SQA employees?

Can I get the number of male employees, female employees and non-binary employees for each organisation?

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance Education Scotland does not have the information you have requested for SQA. The Education (Scotland) Act 1996 sets out SQA’s functions and responsibilities. Under the Act, SQA has responsibility to make its own operational decisions including those around staffing. This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that Education Scotland does not have the information you have requested.
