All correspondence between then Minister for External Affairs and International Development, Humza Yousaf (or his office), and the Pakistan Consul General (or their office), between 1st November 2013 and 28th February 2014.

I attach a copy of most of the information you requested.
An exemption under section 38 (1) (b) of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested as this includes the names and contact details of Scottish Government staff.
This exemption is not subject to the 'public interest test', so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption.
