What are the contractual performance KPI's for this contract?
There are no Key Performance Indicators within the framework agreement.

Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages.
The suppliers who applied for inclusion on the framework were: Jacobs UK Ltd; Atkins Ltd; SWECO UK Ltd; and Mott Macdonald.

Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date.
The actual spend on the framework to date (22 February 2023) is £443,781.

Start date & duration of framework/contract?
The start date of the framework was 3 December 2019 and the duration of the framework is four years.

Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?
The services as provided to all bidders when the contract was advertised are described in the attached Public Contracts Scotland Stage 1 Notice under Section II.2.4 Description of the procurement.

Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?
There is no extension clause within the framework agreement.

Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?
The framework will not be extended or renewed at this time.

Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?
The senior officer responsible for the framework is the Head of Environment and Sustainability.
