Information requested
To request the information of Scottish Government expenditure on Burns Day/Night events hosted by all Scottish Government departments in each of the last 5 years.

The table below sets out the total expenditure on Burns night/day events hosted by the Scottish Government since 2019.

Over the past five years, there are instances where it has not been possible to disseminate funding spent on Burns events with that used to support broader activities for Scotland's winter festivals. This means a small proportion of the total expenditure outlined above has helped to support other events, such as those marking St. Andrews Day.
*There are outstanding invoices for events held during 2023, the figure provided for 2023 is an estimate.
