Information request and response under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.

Information requested

Information on which companies the SPPA invests in. I am especially concerned about investment in Fossil Fuel companies.

I would like to see a list of companies that SPPA invests in.

I would also like to know if SPPA has plans to divest from Fossil fuel industries, and invest in more sustainable industries.

Response

The SPPA Pension Schemes are unfunded schemes. The answer to question 1 is therefore that SPPA does not invest in any companies and the answer to all further questions is not applicable.
