Information request and response under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.

Information requested

The full conditions of funding for Stonewall Scotland.

Response

I attach a copy of most of the information you requested as a PDF. Some of the information you have requested is available from the Scottish Government website at the following addresses:

Payments to appear In Stonewall lists: FOI release - gov.scot (www.gov.scot)
Equality funding: national and intermediary bodies 2017-2021 - gov.scot (www.gov.scot)
Payments made to Stonewall Equality Limited: FOI release - gov.scot (www.gov.scot)
Equality and Human Rights Fund: projects funded - gov.scot (www.gov.scot)

Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you. If, however, you do not have internet access to obtain this information from the websites listed, then please contact me again and I will send you a paper copy.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. This is because some of the funding for this organisation was for membership subscriptions and some was for training courses so the Scottish Government does not hold funding condition information for these instances.

This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested.
