Response

The answer to your question is

1 - 7,150 miles
2 - 9,784 miles
3 - 0 miles
4 - 6,412 miles

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. The total mileage of trips does not include Government Car Service vehicle miles as the vehicles and drivers are operated as shared resources, and as a consequence frequently cover multiple customers throughout the day. We therefore do not record individual mileages for each journey. The mileage of trips completed by walking and cycling are also not recorded.

This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested.
