VMS Data Request for the ICES rectangles 50E6, 50E7 AND 50E8: EIR release
Information request and response under the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004.
Information requested
Fishing VMS data for the ICES rectangles 50E6, 50E7 AND 50E8 for the period of Jan 2019 – Dec 2019 (inclusive). Is it possible to also send any data for 2022, for example the first six months or up to October 2022?
Please could speed and nationality information be included as a minimum. Any other vessel information you could provide would be much appreciated.

I attach a copy of most of the information you requested.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exception under regulation 11(2) – third party personal data, of the EIRs applies to that information. The reason why that exception applies is explained in the Annex to this letter.
