Information requested
All correspondence between the Scottish Government and the Scottish Fiscal Commission regarding the recent paper "A Stronger Economy with Independence", published by the Scottish Government.
This includes any analysis provided by the Scottish Fiscal Commission and any analysis requested by the Scottish Government on the contents of the paper.
Response
Most of the information you have requested is attached in Annex A of this letter. Exemptions under Sections 38(1)(b) (Personal Information) and 30(b)(ii) (Free and Frank Exchange of Views for the Purposes of Deliberation) of FOISA apply to a small amount of the information requested. The reasons why these exemptions apply are explained in Annex B of this letter.
