Please provide all Scottish Government communications with external economists and consultants, discussing Building a New Scotland - A stronger economy with independence – published by the Scottish Government on 17th October 2022.
Response
Some of the information you have requested is enclosed in Annex A of this letter. Exemptions under Sections 38(1)(b) (Personal Information) and 30(b)(ii) (Free and Frank Exchange of Views for the Purposes of Deliberation) of FOISA apply to some of the information requested. The reasons why these exemptions apply are explained in Annex B of this letter.
