Information requested

1) Any internal or external correspondence around Audit Scotland's report into the construction of island ferries hulls 801 and 802 sent between September 2021 to March 28, 2022.

I attach copies of the documents and correspondence requested.

While our aim is to provide information in full whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because of exemptions under section 33(1)(b) – commercial interests, section 38(1)(b) – personal data of a third party. Information is also withheld under section 30(b)(i) (free and frank provision of advice).
