Response

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not hold the information you have requested. The Independent Review into the Closure of the New School Butterstone was conducted independently of Scottish Government, and all records were destroyed in line with the Independent Review's privacy policy.

1. The Scottish Government holds no information on “what information other than the final report was shared by the independent review team to third parties”.

2. The Scottish Government holds no evidence that any “information was shared by the independent review team to third parties prior to the 27th May 2020”.

3. There is no evidence that information was shared.
