Information requested
1. Where a Community Payback Order has been terminated due to a breach by the offender and they are subsequently punished what the ‘other penalty issued’ category entails (i.e what penalties are imposed on offenders in this category)?
2. Where a Community Payback Order has been terminated due to a breach by the offender and they are subsequently punished, what the ‘other outcome’ category entails?
You noted, for reference, that these categories are used in the Criminal Justice Social Work Statistics.

This follows the information provided and published in response to the earlier Freedom of Information request, reference 202200312713.
This is a formal notice under 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not hold the information you have requested. Background information on the data collection of these categories has been provided.
These data collection categories are used in the Criminal Justice Social Work Statistics. The question in the Community Payback Order data collection is ‘Main outcome at termination?’. Only one of these six responses can be selected for each Community Payback Order which terminated.
