Information on whether the Scottish Government has entered into any procurement contract with any company for the provision of period products in Scottish schools, universities and all the other locations where the Act requires for free provision.

The answer to your question is that the Scottish Government has not entered into any procurement contract with any company for the provision of period products in Scottish schools, universities and all the other locations where the Act requires for free provision.

Through Scotland Excel, the Centre of Procurement Expertise for the local government sector, a Washroom Solutions Framework is in place for Local Authorities, should they wish to use it.
