A copy of the Planners Assessment Report or similar in respect of the called-in planning application for mixed use development on Land at Crookbridge, Muirton Road, Stirling, FK7 7LJ.
Response
A ‘Planner Assessment Report’ was not produced for this case, as the application was not formally notified to the Scottish Ministers. However, a submission with advice regarding the case was produced by planning officials for Ministers. I enclose a redacted copy of this document.
