Philip McLoughlin, Clinical Director, assigned David Mowle to undertake supervision of Professor Eljamel.
Is there any written instruction or action plan associated with this, and if so, could I please be provided with it?
Scottish Government has not been provided with further documentation such as an action plan, if that information is available it will be held by NHS Tayside. We do however, hold a copy of a letter which sets out the supervision requirements. This has been provided as an attachment to this letter. In line with our previous response, we are unable to provide some of the information in the letter because an exemption under section 38(1)(b) (personal information) of FOISA applies. The reason why that exemption applies is because it contains person identifiable information.
