Information requested
Information regarding all costs associated with the cleaning, servicing and valeting of Scottish Government vehicles since 2007.
I would like the costs broken down for each year and each category.
Response
An exemption applies to some of the information you have requested.
The Scottish Government no longer has the information you have requested for the period 2007- 2015 as this information has been deleted in accordance with records management practices, before the date of your request.
This is a formal notice under section 17 (1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested.

1. Costs include the purchase of cleaning supplies and maintenance of equipment.
2. Costs include servicing, MOT, routine and preventive maintenance and tyres.
3. Costs for 3rd party service providers, but does not include costs associated when SG staff have cleaned official vehicles themselves.
