1) The full updated guarantee reimbursement agreement between the Scottish Government and GFG Alliance. Note I am not asking for the original agreement, but the updated version.
2) Any due diligence on this updated GRA

Section 33(1)(b) – Prejudice to Commercial Interests
Section 36(1) – Legal Advice
Section 38(1)(b) – Third Party Personal Information.
