The Solicitors acting for Scottish Ministers/Transport Scotland were Anderson Strathern LLP, George House, 50 George Square, Glasgow, G2 1EH. The solicitors acting for Cala were Burness Paull LLP, 50 Lothian Road, Edinburgh, EH3 9WJ. The sale was conducted under the terms of the Crichel Down Rules with the purchase price being agreed following negotiations between Cala and the District Valuer. There is no potential percentage yield associated with the sale.
