Information requested

"... can I check how many of the other 7 cases involved a procuring body which refused to provide a) some b) any answers from a supplier to both the supplier and also to SPoE?"

Response

In the financial years 2019/20, 2020/21 and 2021/22, the SPoE service received seven other queries from suppliers who were unhappy about the outcome of a tender exercise and requested feedback from a public body on their unsuccessful bid. We are not aware of an instance where a public body, when approached by the SPoE, has refused to provide it with some or any information relating to those queries.
