Who the 28 Ministerial vehicles were allocated to?

Response

The Government Car Service (GCS) provide transport to Scottish Ministers, Ministers of other UK administrations when in Scotland, the Lord Advocate, Solicitor General and the Permanent Secretary.

All vehicles are operated as a shared resource and are not allocated to any specific individual service user.
