“Regarding the Scottish Government's level of preparedness for Storm Arwen on November 26 and 27.

1. Did any resilience function of the Scottish Government, for example SGoRR, meet to consider the impact of Arwen following the issue of a red weather warning on November 26? On which dates if so?

2. For each such meeting, may I ask for the names or positions of those attending.

3. For each such meeting, may I ask for copies of the Minutes of the meeting.”

There is no sign in sheet for those in attendance at the meetings. The information on who attended the meetings is not centrally held or recorded and is deleted automatically from Microsoft Teams after 7 days. Therefore in this instance this is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested.
