As S Ewing and Sons Ltd have entered into a Creditors Voluntary Liquidation effective 11 April 2022, how does this event impact the outstanding loan due to the Scottish Government?

Response

The answer to your question is that the Scottish Government has registered its interest as a creditor, with the appointed administrator, as part of the Voluntary Liquidation process. We are awaiting the outcome of this process to establish how this will impact on the outstanding monies due to the Scottish Government.
