Information requested

For the period since May 6th 2021 till today, please provide the following information:

1) The content of any representations made to The Minister for Transport, to Transport Scotland or to the A83 Task Force, relating to the Rest and be Thankful from elected officials; either MSPs, MPs, or local Councillors. Representations should be unredacted, however, if this is not possible, only the absolute minimum of material should be redacted, and at a minimum, it should be possible to ascertain both the elected official who made the representation, and the date when it was made.

Additionally, please answer the following question for the same period:

2) How many representations have been made to The Minister for Transport, to Transport Scotland or to the A83 Task Force, relating to the Rest and be Thankful, from elected officials, broken down by party.

An exception under regulation 11(2) of the EIRs (personal information) applies to some of the information requested because it is personal data of a third party and disclosing it would contravene the data protection principles in Article 5(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation and in section 34(1) of the Data Protection Act 2018. This exception is not subject to the 'public interest test', so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exception.
