Information requested

The most recent three month period for which figures are available:

  1. The number of hip replacement operations performed in NHS hospitals in Scotland.
  2. The average time those undergoing these operations waited for their operation to be performed after referral to an NHS consultant.
  3. The number of hip replacement operations, paid for by the NHS in Scotland, performed in private hospitals in Scotland.
  4. The average time those undergoing these operations waited for their operation to be performed in the private hospital after referral by the NHS to the private hospital.
