2. How many NDA's have been handed out, and when?

1. Neither Scottish Government, nor Transport Scotland has entered any stand alone non-disclosure agreements with employees of FM(PG)L since nationalisation.

2. The Scottish Government has not required any employees to sign stand-alone non-disclosure agreements.
