How much has the Scottish Government spent in Non Disclosure Agreements in regards to staff leaving CMal or Fmel either at the yard or in their offices?

Response

The Scottish Government has no expenditure in relation to Non-Disclosure Agreements in regards to staff leaving CMAL or Ferguson Marine Engineering Limited (FMEL).

FMEL was a private limited company that entered administration on 16 August 2019 and was subsequently dissolved on 17 November 2021. For further information relating to this company, I would suggest you contact the administrators.
