1. The number of meetings Jenny Gilruth, herself, has had with Tim Hair since 24 January 2022, either virtual or in person.

2. The number of meetings Jenny Gilruth, herself, has had with David Tydeman since 1 February 2022, either virtual or in person.

3. The amount of meetings Jenny Gilruth’s team has had with Tim Hair since 24 January 2022, either virtual or in person.

4. The amount of meetings Jenny Gilruth’s team has had with David Tydeman since 1 February 2022, either virtual or in person.

Response

1. Since 24 January 2022, Ms Gilruth has not had any meetings with Tim Hair, who left Ferguson Marine on 11 February 2022.

2. Since 1 February 2022, Ms Gilruth has made one site visit to Ferguson Marine on 16 March 2022, where she met with David Tydeman CEO.

3. Since 24 January 2022, Ms Gilruth’s team have not had any meetings with Tim Hair, who left Ferguson Marine on 11 February 2022. However, officials in the Scottish Government met with Tim Hair on a regular basis.

4. Since 1 February 2022, Ms Gilruth’s team have not met with David Tydeman CEO. However, officials from Transport Scotland attended the site visit to Ferguson Marine on 16 March 2022.
