Details of the Government's response to the "Fair and Healthy Work for All" review: FOI release

Response

The answer to your question is the response to the review, accounting for the effects of the pandemic on the Health and Work area is expected to be completed in mid-May. The scope of this work is limited to reviewing the recommendations of the Strategy published in 2019 and evaluated how relevant they still are following the unique pressures of the pandemic.

As you might expect our initial findings are that most of the recommendations of the November 2019 review are still current and are indeed of greater relevance as a result of the pandemic.
