Copies of all communication involving the Scottish Government (ministers, advisers, learning directorate staff) regarding lead teachers (NB this includes attachments such as briefings, reports etc).

I have now completed my review of our response to your request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) for copies of all communication involving the Scottish Government (ministers, advisers, learning directorate staff) regarding lead teachers (NB this includes attachments such as briefings, reports etc).
I have concluded that the original decision should be confirmed, with modifications. I agree with you that entire documents should not have been redacted and it should only have been the contents of the documents where exemptions apply that should have been redacted.
I have concluded that apart from the redaction of entire documents, all exemptions and the public interest test has been applied correctly.
