Information requested

Any correspondence, advice or papers held by the Scottish Government relating to the construction of a bridge between Gourock and Dunoon between 1 January 2017 and present day.

Response

There are a number of redactions within the briefing at Annex K which have been excepted under Regulation 10(4)(e) - Internal Communications which allows a Scottish public authority to withhold internal communications between members of the same public body. In this case where advice and views are expressed.

All other redactions which have been Excepted are under Regulation 11(1) - Personal Data.
