Information requested
1. The marketing presentation 'Project Boots Long Dated Secured Financing Guaranteed by the Scottish Government', prepared by Morgan Stanley and dated November 2016.
2. Any / all other marketing material held by the Scottish Government in connection with Project Boots bonds (e.g. prospectus, listing particulars, information memorandum, diligence reports etc.).
Response
1. The marketing presentation 'Project Boots Long Dated Secured Financing Guaranteed by the Scottish Government', prepared by Morgan Stanley and dated November 2016.
1. I enclose a copy of the material you have requested. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance certain information has been redacted under the following section of FOISA: section 33(1)(b) – substantial prejudice to commercial interests.
2. Any / all other marketing material held by the Scottish Government in connection with Project Boots bonds (e.g. prospectus, listing particulars, information memorandum, diligence reports etc.).
2. This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested other than what has already been provided. Further information regarding the exemptions can be found in the annex attached.
